Abstract
The discussion of environmental quality in the new towns, due to their lack of success in achieving primary objectives of social and economic complexity, sensitivity and give more than other urban areas. Therefore, the objective of the present investigation, the assessment of mental and psychological satisfaction index of the quality of the environment in the new town parand, as one of four new city perimeter of Tehran metropolis that the lowest success rate in attracting the population of Tehran metropolis, and provide appropriate solutions to enhance the quality of residence conditions in this regard new town. To achieve the objectives of the research, a field of navigation of the new town parand 370 inhabitants. Research for index with subjective dimensions of quality of life in the social environment, the economic environment, the 5th dimension, quality of accommodation, the provision of municipal services and access and transport quality classification. The results of the research show that the quality of the home environment from the perspective of residents of the new town parand in all indicators are located on the lower level. Among these indicators of social and economic quality of life for most considering individual features.
