Abstract
Parapagus diprosopus is a rare type of conjoined twins. Antenatally, it can be diagnosed with imaging techniques, but high index of suspicion is necessary. We present a rare case of conjoined twins-parapagus diprosopus born in Christian Medical College, Vellore on 6th June, 2012.
