Abstract
Retention of foreign body for long duration may lead to serious morbidity in form of infection, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and chronic pelvic pain. We report a case of a 14 yr old unmarried girl who presented with chronic pelvic pain and rectal discharge for 4 months. USG was suggestive of echogenic lesion in vagina. CT scan revealed intravaginal foreign body. A torch cap was retrieved from vagina.
