Abstract
Nowadays, Brazil is one of the largest soy producers in the world and, considering the great demand for this product abroad, an efficient logistic operation is necessary for the removal, transportation, storage and exportation of the grains. In this context, the informational flow mapping that there is in these processes is an important tool able to provide support for the development of strategies. With a case study conducted in a sector trading company in Paranaguá - PR (Brazil), it was possible to carry out a survey of the entire logistics process and map relevant information from the beginning of the process until its end, thus enabling the identification of the informational flow between the logistics department and the other sectors of the organization.
