Abstract
The problem of adaptation of new employees in the organization, its goals and main components are considered. Detailed attention is paid to the psychological component of adaptation. Emotional intelligence is considered as the main factor of psychological adjustment of new employees. Importance of emotional intelligence for employees' career is generalized. The features of the interaction of new employees with managers are investigated. The basic style of leadership; characteristics, which can identify the main types of executives, their motivation, behaviour in conflict situations are described. Analysis of the compatibility of different types of managers with subordinates is made. The recommendations that allow you to improve the psychological adaptation of workers to a new job are given.
