THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM OF JUVENILE COURTS IN RUSSIA: HISTORY AND MODERNITY

The present work is devoted to the study of such an institution of juvenile law as juvenile courts. The paper presents the main stages of development of the domestic system of juvenile courts. Positive experience of the functioning of juvenile courts in Russia up to 1917 is noted. The article also addresses the problem of creat- ing a domestic system of juvenile courts at present
