POST-INTUBATION TRACHEAL STENOSIS

Tracheal stenosis and its reconstruction pose a great challenge to both the surgeon and the anesthesiologist. Post-intubation tracheal stenosis remains the major cause of acquired tracheal obstruction. Here I present a case of a 30 year old patient with post-intubation tracheal stenosis for tracheal reconstruction surgery and its anesthetic management.
