Chinese project "One Belt One Road"

In this paper, the intention of the “One Belt, One Road” project, which is the most ambitious step of China's new administration, is examined. It is tried to explaine that the alleged goals of the Project can be misleading, and that the Chinese rulers' political methods of thousand years, current politics and economic situation should be taken into consideration in order to understand the issue. In this context, it is also tried to emphasize the real meaning of the name given to the Chinese state. The political and economic history of the People's Republic of China are explained briefly and the subject is tried to outlined by making use of different disciplines.
