Abstract
Chondroid syringoma is a rare benign skin tumour of sweat gland origin. These tumours are usually present as a asymptomatic mass lesion with indolent coarse. Most commonly seen in the head and neck region during the sixth and seventh decade of life. We are reporting a rare case of chondroid syringoma of dorsal aspect of nose seen in a 20 years old male patient. It has started as a small swelling with insidious onset gradually increased in size over the period of one year. Clinically diagnosed as benign adnexal tumour. Planned for excision. Histopathologically revealed with features of chondroid adenoma. We are reporting this case because of rarity and the unusual occurrence at 20 years of age with unusual site.
