Abstract
Research actuality and essence of concept "steady development of personnel" are certain, his new vision is presented. The aims of steady development of personnel are distinguished, what are specified in basic tasks and directions, that in modern terms orients enterprises on monitoring of labour-market, application of the new going near hiring of workers and their adaptation, to the methods of studies and professional development, estimation of competence, labour motivation The indexes of estimation of steady development of personnel are generalized, that allow complex to define his influence on efficiency of productive activity and increase of competitiveness of enterprise. The analysis of the advanced studies and practical works of domestic industrial enterprises is conducted on this subjects, that allowed to educe the row of problems in relation to steady development of personnel and ground the ways of their decision taking into account global calls at the market of labour.
