Abstract
Klippel Trenaunay syndrome is rare congenital disorder with very few cases mentioned in the literature over years. We present you a case of Klippel Trenaunay syndrome who presented to our outpatient department with complaints of dilated and tortuous veins with pain in the right lower limb. On examination discrepancy in the girth of both lower limbs, port wine stain and varicosities were noted in the right lower limb. Doppler and MRI of the lower limbs done and the reports were consistent with the diagnosis, treated conservatively. Since the symptoms persisted in spite of conservative management, the patient was subjected to surgery. Now patient is on regular follow up without any complaints. This case has been reported because of its rarity and a case which warranted surgery.
