Abstract
The relevance of this writing caused by certain signiYcant factors for the inclusion of children with hearing impairment in the general education environment. In the process of socialization is necessary to form a number of personal characteristics, including adequate self-esteem. Changes, taking place in our society, lead to an exacerbation of socio-stress and increase emotional intensity, on the grounds, that children have diZerent problems:– lack of conYdence, shyness, aggression, violence, low self-esteem. The formation of self-esteem in childhood has a decisive in[uence of family. It becomes the foundation of identity formation. The absence of a positive overall self-esteem at an early age is dicult to compensate in later periods, especially at children with hearing disorder, which are facing enormous diculties in communication even in their family (children with impaired hearing function from the families with hearing parents). Self-esteem plays a very important role in the eZective management of behavior, without it:– is dicult or even impossible to determine in the life. Self-esteem is the criterion for understanding by the personality of its own identity and social values. It determines the stance of man and his relationship with the surrounding reality. Direction of activity of specialists within the educational process on children with disabilities from all social space leads to reproductive transformations, establishes thought in the minds of teenagers of their own “inferiority”, develops a negative self-image, as the result the formation of personality suZers. A chance for harmonious development of the child with disabilities, that can not only adapt to the existing conditions, but also to modify them, changing and developing at the same time, can be reached in the event that will be proposed formation mechanisms and technologies, in particular, of the self-esteem.
