Procedural Characteristics of Vital Elections of the Studying Men and6Women Depending on Expressiveness of a Personal Maturity

In article results of research of procedural characteristics of vital elections of the studying men and women are stated. Elections of a way of life, career and signiUcant other person act as vital elections of young people. For each of vital elections the procedural characteristics reVecting conUdence, independence, sensibleness of a choice and expressed in self-assessments of respondents are considered. Procedural characteristics are analysed in connection with a maturity of the personality causing their speciUcs for each of vital elections. The personal maturity is considered as a speciUc phenomenon which structure is reVected by integrity of the interconnected components, including valuable and motivational, emotional and strong-willed, reVexive, operational components. Types of a personal maturity are allocated on the basis of the maintenance of each of components and considered in a continuum “a personal maturity=– personal immaturity”. As object of research 269 subjects (134=men and 135 women) getting an education in graduation classes of high schools of Azov and in Higher Education Institutions of Rostov-on-Don acted. Features of procedural characteristics of each of vital elections of men and women depending on expressiveness and types of their personal maturity and the maintenance of the choice are empirically studied and opened. It=is empirically established that expressiveness of procedural characteristics of each of vital elections of men and women is caused by a type of the maturity and sexual diWerentiation of subjects. According to the oWered empirical criteria each of vital elections of men and women was considered in the context of the maturity. It is empirically established that irrespective of a Voor the general for personally mature young people moderately mature is the choice them signiUcant another, for personally unripe young people each of vital elections didn't ripen.
