Abstract
In the article main points of the organistic concept of development and it’s applied aspects for solution of management tasks have been investigated. It is substantiated that methods of managing the economic processes and phenomena in the scale of systems of mass conscious existing in the modern management science, have practically exhausted their potential. The necessity of transition to methods focused on removal of different misbalances in economy (between production and consuming, rich and poor etc) is shown.
