Abstract

The paper is dedicated to the estimation algorithm of lights change efficiency (concerning incandescent, fluorescent, and LED lamps). Main criteria of this efficiency are equivalent annual cost and a payback period. Efficiency is estimated for a typical one-bedroom apartment.
