Abstract
We consider the problem of energy efficiency rate increasing applying for residential houses. The way of energy efficiency rate increasing is to reduce thermal energy consumption for heating. We analyze some measures to achieve the goal of energy efficiency rate increasing on example of the residential house in the city of Orel.
