Abstract
The world scientific community considers a solution of the prime numbers problem and the Riemann Zeta Function Zeros closely connected with prime numbers to be the most significant problems of modern science. Thus, David Gilbert coming out on the International Paris mathematical congress in 1900 with results of development of science and consideration of future plans, included a problem of prime numbers into the list of 23 problems subject to disclosure in a new century and capable to move science far ahead. However neither the problem of prime numbers, nor the Riemann hypothesis haven't been resolved during the last 100 years
