Abstract
The genoprotective effectiveness of extracts of the tea leaf acquired on different stages of their technological processing has been studied at modification of the mutation process induced by gamma-rays, Nitrosomethylurea and dimethil (a) antrocene in cells of wheat and oats. The efficiency of anti-mutagenic influence of extracts is gradually reduced on stages of the production process. Comparative assessment of their anti-mutagenic effectiveness has revealed high anti-mutagenic effectiveness of the extract received from the green tea leaves.
