Specific optimization of business processes for providing services in the conditions of domestic gas supply enterprises

In the article the essence of the process approach and advantages of its use in business process management of the enterprise are considered for optimization of its activity. It is proved that the enterprise, which uses a process approach in management using modern business process automation software, taking into account typical errors in their analysis, can significantly improve the efficiency of economic activity. The essence of simulation using the Bizagi platform for optimization of business processes is determined. The typical errors during the analysis of business processes in the conditions of domestic enterprises of gas supply are considered. The necessity of introduction of modeling for optimization of business processes of domestic enterprises of gas supply is proved, that leads to the ordering of their activity, bringing it to clear procedures. The result of the analysis and modeling of business processes in the conditions of the domestic gas supply company made it possible to propose to make specific adjustments to each part of the procedure for the provision of services for the installation (replacement) of gas equipment and the connection of the gas consumer to the gas networks of the city.
