A Worldwide Experience Of Energy Recovering Development In Agricultural Sector

The main findings of researchers which are described in this article were the learning the from the the worldwide experience of energy recoveringdevelopment in agricultural sector throughthe ratings of the top priorities of the European Union in the area of common agricultural policy including its structural components and exploring the institutionalapproaches in the are of forming the common agricultural policy of the EU and also its Stratagy in energetics in context European Strategy «Europe 2020» and The 8th Regional Development Framework Program «Horizon 2020». This research proves the expediency of the systemicapproach in convergence of agricultural and energy policy of our country as one of the components in government's economy control. Also it proves the implementation of the european experiance to the national economy which serves as the valuable strategic landmarks for Ukraine and european integration.
