METHODICAL APPROACH TO DESIGNING A DESIGN TEAM WITH SCRUM TECHNOLOGY

The essence of the team and the peculiarities of the operation of the project team are substantiated. The content of the concept of Scrum-technology as a methodology for project management and a flexible approach to the development of software as well as its role in any process of teambuilding has been researched. The components of the Scrum-technology model as an Agile approach to the design team design are described.
