PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT SECURITY SYSTEM IN BUDGETARY SECTOR ESTABLISHMENTS

The main aspects of the introduction and functioning of the electronic document circulation system in the budgetary sphere are considered. The problem issues arising during the implementation of these systems are highlighted. Based on the experience of practical implementation of projects for the implementation of electronic document management systems, positive results of their use have been identified. The emphasis is on the lack of efficiency of organizational mechanisms for the transition of institutions of the budget sphere from traditional paper workflow, which greatly complicates the institution's work on new integrated solutions that optimize all processes of document processing. The practical recommendations for the qualitative introduction of electronic document circulation in institutions of the budget sphere are developed.
