COMMERCIAL SECRET IN THE SYSTEM OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY

The necessity of management of financial and economic security at the enterprise is determined. The analysis of concept and constituents which form a commercial secret on an enterprise is carried out. The estimation of volumes of financing enterprises is given in Ukraine of measures on the guard of own commercial secret. The certain ways of construction of the effective system of guard of commercial secret are offered on an enterprise.
