Abstract

Regulation of adoption process with foreign element is reviewed. A comparison of the two main international instruments concerning international adoption and highlighting their positive and negative facets is carried out. Need of ratification of Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation on Inter-State Adoption is emphasized.
