Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the current state of harmonization of the legislation of Ukraine with the EU law. The normative bases of the regulation of relations between Ukraine and the EU in the sphere of approximation of legislation are highlighted. On the basis of the analysis of the provisions of the Association Agreement, certain aspects of the approximation of Ukrainian legislation to EU law are emphasized.
