ABOUT INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES OF SOCIAL-POLITICAL RISK MANAGEMENT IN KAZAKHSTAN

Authors present the systematic analysis of the world, and Kazakhstan experience in creation and application of innovative technologies for public policy and administration of risk management. On the basis of determination of mechanisms of social self-organization in periods of global crises in the article authors define principles and strategic directions of development of the culture of social security in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Authors present a system of objective and subjective parameters of socio-political risks. Authors also created original method of analysis, assessment, forecasting and management of, social and political risks in Kazakhstan.
