Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to provide the analysis of the role of social trust in corporate culture creation. In particular, it is focused on the concept of creation of the learning organization and factors contributing to its creation. It highlights the importance of mutual trust among employees of different ranks as an important factor in building a learning organization.
