Abstract
Human rights, as well as the protection of human rights in criminal justice in general and in the field of criminal judgment enforcement in particular, are issues attracting the attention of many scientists around the world. including Vietnam. In this article, the author focuses on clarifying the content of the concept of security (which is not protected) and the mechanism to ensure human rights in the execution of criminal sentences, thereby applying to practice in Vietnam. Male to recommend some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of this guarantee mechanism in Vietnam today.
