Transitional cell carcinoma nose - A Case Report

Abstract
A 27 year old female presented with 3 months history of right nasal obstruction. Diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT revealed a mass present in right nasal cavity, medial to middle turbinate in the olfactory region Endoscopy assisted surgical excision of the mass was done . Biposy repost came as inverted papilloma. After 10 months of symptom free days, she presented back with similar clinical and radiological picture. Revision surgery was done and biopsy report came as transitional cell carcinoma. Case is presented for its rarity of site of presentation and age of the patient
