IS IT POSSIBLE TO STOP LAWLESSNESS IN DISTRIBUTION OF CORRUPTION? (ON THE BASIS OF THE SOCIAL QUESTIONING IN EASTERN KAZAKHSTAN)

The article contains primary results of sociological survey among adult residents of the East Kazakhstan region. With the help of population the sociologists managed to examine one of urgent problems of the civil society ? distribution of corruption in governmental authorities. Sociologists have reached the research objective and have detected specific conditions and common social factors of distribution of corruption at the regional level. The article may be interesting for experts researching the distribution of corruption in the system of regional governmental authorities and for those interested in ?survivability? of this phenomenon.
