Abstract
The development results of a selection method for the composite radioisotope coatings (CRC) parameters and determining their reflective properties in a wide frequency range are presented. Parameters necessary for calculating reflective properties are indicated. The basic design relationships for evaluating the reflective properties of the objects with a large-scale distribution are given. The procedure for calculating the real and imaginary parts of the semiconductor dielectric constant coating layer is shown. The numerical values of the average reflection coefficient from the CRC scattering are given, as well as possible variants of the coating structure.
