On law and human rights in the theory of law under?standing

The characteristics of the interrelation between the key categories of the theory of state and law ? law and human rights in the context of different approaches to law understanding is presented in the article. To achieve positive results of investigation it is required to use system approach to research in order to consider the interrelation between the given terms in process, taking into consideration different conditions affecting their formation, development and im?provement.
