Abstract
Inflationary financing of the state budget in the long run has a negative impact on the economic stimulus of the country's population. Inflation depreciates the national currency and puts the country at a disadvantage in foreign economic relations. There is an outflow of capital, emigration of the population, decreasing population. The fiscal and monetary policy of the state should focus on strengthening the national currency, providing conditions for the development of the real sector of the country's economy, improving labor productivity in order to increase the incomes of the population of the country and the state in order to improve life on its territory.
