Abstract
The contents of structural elements of crime detection legal relationships are considered in the article: subjects, their rights and duties, objects, legal facts. Their analysis is conducted from the position of the general theory of law. The author comes to the conclusion that these elements have the distinctive features inherent in crime detection legislation. It indicates that there is evidence of independent subject of legal regulation of the emerging branch of crime detection law.
