Methodology of legal knowledge

In the center of attention of the author there is one of the central questions of legal knowl?edge ? a methodology problem. It is emphasized that the concept of methodology repeatedly became a subject of the scientific analysis, however still there is no unambiguity of its under?standing. It is noted that the methodology isn’t settled by the doctrine and knowledge methods, also other phenomena here enter: outlook, principles, concepts and categories. The author ana?lyzes the contents and definition of methodology of legal knowledge is given.
