Abstract
Leiomyomas account for approximately 3.8% of all benign soft tissue tumors. Uterine leiomyomas are common and can affect up to 30% of women over 35 [1]. The localization of the vulva is very rare. These smooth muscle tumors are usually painless, solitary and well circumscribed and can affect women of any age group. We present two cases of vulvar leiomyoma and discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic features of this disease
