Legal entity theories in historical Retrospective and modern science

The article attempts to explain the multiplicity of theoretical concepts that explain the nature of the legal entity. In recent years, the Russian science intensified the search for phenomenon, defining the nature of legal entity as a legal category. Just like a century ago, they try to discover the one true definition of the phenomenon. The author offers her own view on the nature of the «fictitious» entities, and justifies impossibility of «creation» of universal theory that explains the nature of the legal entity as a legal phenomenon.
