Abstract
Tumour induced osteomalacia is a rare cause for adult onset treatment resistant osteomalacia. In this report we present a case of a middle aged lady who was extensively evaluated for hypophosphatemia associated adult onset osteomalacia and its associated complications. It took 8 years to come to a final diagnosis of oncogenic osteomalacia.
