Abstract
Early stage squamous cell carcinoma larynx constitutes T1N0 and T2N0 disease with five-year local control rates approaching to 85-94 percent. The treatment options included surgery or radiotherapy. The local control with organ preservation is the first priority. The aim of this study was to evaluate the oncological results for T1 and T2 glottic carcinoma treated with small field hypofractionated radiotherapy alone with a dose of 63-65.25 Gy in 28-29 fractions, 2.25 Gy per fraction.
