Abstract
Jvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) is an autoimmune disorder characterised by proximal myopathy and pathognomic skin rashes. Calcinosis cutis is a common complication seen in JDM. Though various treatments have been postulated in literature, there is no universally accepted treatment for calcinosis. We report here two children with JDM suffering from debilitating calcinosis cutis, showing almost complete resolution of calcinosis with pamidronate therapy
