Abstract
The article deals with civil legal regulation of relations in the field of sports. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of some common features of regulatory areas such as physical culture and sport in Russia, their correlation and place in the legal reality. The author substantiates the need for a clear distinction of physical culture and sport in the national law. The problems of legal regulation of labour relations in sport in particular of agency (contracted) work (leased labour) were considered; its legal nature, essence and significance was analysed. This contribution shows the place of sports law in the domestic legal system, analyses the correlation of civil law and sports law. The article draws conclusions about the need to improve the regulatory framework in the field of sport which will further the development of sports law and sports legislation.
