An alternative regional anti-terrorism law: why the state of the Muslim world are not ready to adopt a Comprehensive Antiterrorism Conventions

The complexity of relationships in the organization of international security is reflected in Muslim regional and international agreements, for example, in the general understanding of the phenomenon of international terrorism. Signs of terrorism have significant differences compared with the concept recognized by the international community.
