Abstract
In the article the features of Kazakhstan´s Parliament in a presidential form of government, examines various aspects of parliamentary control in the context of the interests of society and the state and the individual. By studying the problem of improving the forms of parliamentary control, the author pays special attention to the availability of legislative gaps that hinder the processes of formation of parliamentarism in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
