Information Communications of Postindustrial Society: Characteristic Features of Development

The article deals with the problems of the development of social information communications in the process of transformation of the modern national information system. At the same time, attention is focused on information communications related to the dissemination of electronic information resources. In the context of the development of globalization processes in the system of these communications, strategic communications, forming a basis of mechanisms of information exchanges in the national dimension, contribute to the strengthening of self-identification of Ukrainian society, the establishment of its spiritual values and the main trends of development. In this case, the growing role of the state in the formation of the modern communication system, providing conditions for the effective functioning of strategic communications as the main highways of intra-and foreign information exchanges, is argued.
