Abstract
The necessity of adjusting of social and economic policy of enterprises was grounded in the article. A special attention was paid to motivation of labour which is not only the method of bringing in and supporting highly skilled employees but also is the major condition of a successful organization. On the basis of generalization of the scientific approaches to the definition of the economic categories «motivation of productive activity», «motivational mechanism», «motivation of labour» and their analysis the authors suggested their vision of motivational mechanism of increase of labour effectiveness. The chart of organizational and economic mechanism of management of cumulative costs for the support and development of personnel at enterprises was worked out. The chart will influence creation of a favourable environment for the increase of level of input of every employee into the created consumer cost.
