Abstract

In modern conditions mass culture becomes the basis of the formation of human capital of all countries in the world. Exploring the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and development of human capital in mass culture area acquire special relevance and for Ukraine. Using new ways and opportunities in the formation own high quality human capital in mass culture will improve its quality and form a positive image of country. The work is proved that mass culture became a specific product of an industrialized urbanized society. It forms new creative human capital, work places, increases the area of influence. Experience of South Korea shows the country which crossed from agrarian to industrial. The politic of the forming and effective use own human capital in mass culture area has improved image of country and formed demand on Korean culture in the world. Exploring the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and development of human capital in mass culture area of the experience South Korea provides to determine and substantiate the directions of implementations alternative steps for Ukraine. It was defined the opportunities of development Ukrainian market mass culture and human capital, their effective integration for increasing the culture level of nation and whole country.
