At present, the problem of interpersonal conflicts among convicts, expressed in quarrels, fights, and sometimes violent crimes, up to murders, is a big problem of penitentiary institutions, because, getting into the harsh conditions of the correctional institution, which are characterized by limited satisfaction of basic needs and psychological tension, people who have committed crimes become even more prone to conflict behavior.
