Change of quality of governmental services under the influence of digitalization of governmental authorities

The article discusses the need to expand the digitization of the country's economy. It justifies the need for a customer-oriented approach in the provision of public services, the availability of competent personnel in government, expanding the format of service provision, which ultimately will contribute to improving their quality.
