Abstract
The authors of the article consider the principle of motivational and creative activity as well as the principle of practical orientation to be methodological and technological tools for the development of intellectual and creative potential during language classes in higher education, which stimulates the formation and further development of predictive thinking. The authors emphasize the close relationship between the development of creative skills and abilities with further practical application in professional sphere.
