Pedagogical support as a technology of self-determination of the personality of students of the college

The article deals with the problems associated with the formation of the personality of the medical student through the competent pedagogical leadership of the student self-determination process in solving non-standard tasks. Pedagogical support is a special technology — a system of tools that provide students with assistance in independent individual choice, different from teaching and education and requiring teachers to manage the dynamics of a student’s development, in moral, civil, life, personal, professional self-determination, and in the difficulties of self-realization in educational, communication, labor and creative activities.
